TUESDAY 7:00pm BODY ROCK DANCE CHOREO WITH ABIGAIL
(Please note this class is every first Tuesday of each month only)
Get your heart rate up and build stamina as we explore dance styles from around the world. The class consists of dance combinations and muscle toning exercises and will end with a short phrase of choreography. All fitness and dance levels are welcomed to attend.
WEDNESDAY 7:00pm FLOW AND RESTORE WITH NGONE
A 75-minute blend of slow flow and restorative yoga that focuses on self-love, self-care, serenity, and strength. This class explores hip-opening, balancing and core strengthening postures to enliven and empower the goddess/god within. Class concludes with a short and sweet meditation. All levels welcome!
FRIDAY 5:00pmSUMMER FRIDAY REJUVENATING FLOW WITH ROXY
This 1 and a half hour class will help you wind down from your long work week. Class will start by awakening the body and energizing the core and move you through beginner to intermediate poses. The class will culminate with restorative sequencing that will allow you to both feel energized, restored and relaxed.
FRIDAY 7:00pm MINDFUL HATHA FLOW WITH AUGUSTINE
Mixed level yoga class, students progress to poses, breathing and meditation techniques with time. 75-minutes of flowing poses into other poses in a gentle and kind way for your spirit, mind, and body. Your health, happiness, and relaxation are top priority. Open level.
SATURDAY 9:30am MORNING POWER VINYASA WITH AUGUSTINE
Start your morning with a series of Sun Salutations and an invigorating vinyasa sequence to unify mind, body and breath. Open level.
SATURDAY 12:00pm AWAKENING FLOW WITH ROXY
Awaken and strengthen your core as you move through poses. Each week Roxy will center class around different themes and postures. She will lead students through a strong flow culminating in new balances and inversions. Expect to be both challenged and energized as you practice your flow. The class is suitable for all levels offering both more beginner options as well as more advanced options for each sequence. Open level.
SUNDAY 8:30am COMMUNITY YOGA CLASS FOR KEEN
Sunday morning donation-based yoga class with all proceeds going to KEEN. Open level.
